Company History

Elstree Property Maintenance was established in 1997 and is a family run business with a combined experience of 58 years.

E.P.M. was formed by Phil Davies and his son Dean Davies who provided a maintenance team at Elstree Film Studios, which involved working with several production companies including Big Brother, Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Dancing on Ice. From this, E.P.M. continued to grow and extended their clientele to include local authorities and social services by providing general maintenance on their housing stock, sports centre's, offices and swimming pools, disabled adaptation works with the inclusion of bathrooms, level entry showers and ramps etc.

During this period of growth and working with our clients in a bid to recognize their needs, it was identified that a drainage crew was required and from this, Drain Medics was formed as a subsidiary of E.P.M. Drain Medics rapidly grew from one High Pressure Jetting unit to three and a C.C.T.V unit was introduced. This enabled Drain Medics to provide a 24 hour call out service for all clients, existing and new.

From their experiences and gained knowledge over the years from E.P.M. and Drain Medics. Phil and Dean have recently formed a new sister company, Preeya Properties with Phil's brother Melvin Davis which concentrates on the management sector of E.P.M.'s housing conversions and the lettings / sale of such properties on completion. Preeya Properties have successfully managed the conversions of several 3 bedroomed properties, into 2 one or two bedroomed self contained flats, with another being undertaken in 2011.
